Clinical Supervision

With over 10 years of supervision experience supporting a range of clinicians and workers in the mental health and social, emotional and community wellbeing space, my purpose is to help you grow in confidence and experience and for you to feel supported and safe throughout your professional journey.

You'll experience a supportive and safe environment to collaboratively reflect on your practice, discuss clinical and ethical issues, apply evidence-based practices, navigate risk and safety concerns, and share lived experience and knowledge. I also have a special interest in supporting supervisors, managers and leaders in this field to facilitate supportive and effective conversations, and to support their staff and teams in clinical supervision.

My supervision approach focuses on how our lives and values impact our work, and how we can best support the people we walk alongside while taking care of ourselves. For me, supporting colleagues in the field is always a privilege. I am always taken by the level of vulnerability, trust and openness when you choose to share your work (personal and professional) with me.

I know what it is like to be weighed down by compassion fatigue and burn out on the job, and I am passionate about helping others to find the right balance for themselves. I won't have all the answers, but I look forward to learning from each other and journeying with you.

I am currently registered as a Clinical Counsellor with the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors, Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia and the Australian Counselling Association (ACA) – Level 4 and am a recognised member of the College of Clinical Supervisors, which required the successful completion of ACA approved training and a high level of experience in providing clinical supervision to clinicians.

Kind Words

  • “Highly recommend Christina as a clinical supervisor. I had the pleasure of working with her for a year and a half and in that time she was very helpful. She carefully listened to my concerns and queries and guided me with knowledge and kindness. She was present with me and provided a professional and empathetic environment. I always felt safe with her and came out of our sessions feeling better equipped to assist my clients. Thank you, Christina”
