Acknowledgement of country

Radiance Wellbeing acknowledges the Yuin people as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which we live and work. We acknowledge their continued connection to land, water and community, and pay our respects to Elders past, present and emerging. Sovereignty has never been ceded.

This always was, always will be, Aboriginal land.

We create, connect, work and heal on the traditional, ancestral, and unceded territories of the xʷməθkʷəy̓əm (Musqueam), Sḵwx̱wú7mesh (Squamish), Stó:lō, and Səl̓ílwətaʔ/Selilwitulh (Tsleil-Waututh) Nations. We acknowledge our responsibility to learn about the past and take proactive steps towards reconciliation.

Diversity

Radiance Wellbeing is committed to safe, inclusive, and affirming practices. We are committed to embracing diversity and eliminating all forms of discrimination across all services provided. We welcomes all people irrespective of ethnicity, lifestyle choice, faith, sexual orientation and gender identity.

We celebrate the strength, resilience, and diversity of LGBTIQ+ communities and support the rights of all people to be free from discrimination and mistreatment.

Lived Experience

Radiance Wellbeing acknowledges the individual and collective contributions of those with a lived and living experience of mental ill-health and suicide, and those who love, have loved and care for them. We firmly believe that services can only be provided through valuing, respecting, and drawing upon the lived experience and expert knowledge of individuals, their families, friends, and carers.
